PolySprint Series

Presetter Chart (PDF file)
Shows the various types of presetters (guide rails) available for PolySprint splicing and lists specifications. Carryflex (CFTG) presetters are also included.

FP30-10-50N (PDF file)
Finger puncher for 30mm finger geometry; compact and light weight; single action punching system; maximum belt width 50mm

FP30-10-50N and FP30-10-50SP (PDF file)
Comparison between the standard FP30-10-50N finger-puncher and the enhanced FP30-10-50SP finger-puncher (designed for effective punching of heavier materials such as TTZ-4E10LF, TTP-8E18N and GLTE-4E18 at widths above 30mm). Both are for 30mm finger geometry, widths up to 50mm.

PolySprint 50mm and 100mm Toolkits (PDF file)
Shows two complete sets of PolySprint tools: one available for 35 X 5mm or 30 X 10mm finger geometry for belt thicknesses up to 2mm and widths up to 50mm (up to 30mm width for 35 X 5 finger puncher), and the other for 30 X 10mm finger geometry for belt thicknesses up to 2mm and widths up to 100mm.

FP35-5-30SP2 (PDF file)
Single-action puncher for finger-splice belting. FP35-5-30SP2 punches 35mm long X 5mm pitch fingers in belts up to 30mm wide and features increased eject performance compared with that of a standard finger puncher. Material punched can be joined using standard 30mm finger pre-setter and heating/cooling press (NPS-3050H/C).

FP35-05-50 (PDF file)
Indexing puncher for finger-splice belting. FP35-05-50 punches 35mm long X 5mm pitch fingers for narrow Nitta 4E/5E type belts and for stronger splices in Nitta 8E type belts, widths up to 50mm. Material punched can then be joined using standard 30mm finger pre-setter and heating/cooling press (NPS-3050H/C).

Automated slitter, grinder and v-guide welder.  Available in 48″ and 72″ (1800mm) width capacities, plus option with outside weld and 3M fence rolling table.  Accommodates thicknesses of up to 11mm, minimum length of 320mm.

Finger Punch (click for more details)
Punches both ends of belt at the same time.  Fully automatic and pneumatic.  Available in 2M, 3M and 3.5M widths.  Accommodates belts up to 8mm thick and 3M wide.

U-507 Sonic Tension Meter (PDF file)
Measures belt tension without touching belt by analzying acoustic wave readings. Features keypad input and backlit digital LCD readout.
